We receive tenant’s request. We take them to visit the apartment, in person or via Skype, if they’re not in town.
The tenant sends us all the necessary documents: ID, purpose of stay document, and financial references, meaning the ability to cover the rent payments on an ongoing basis.
3. Approval and agreement
As soon as you check the documents and everything is fine, you and the tenant will sign the preliminary agreement. We send the payment instructions after the signature of the preliminary agreement to the tenant so that they can pay the security deposit and the first rent instalment.
We will assist you in every aspect of Italian rental and contract law.
We also offer our tenants and you extensive help and support, so as to make sure that your relationship with your tenant is as smooth as possible and you are disturbed as little as possible.
We will assist you and the tenant during the moving out in order to check the condition of the apartment.
Our working relationship will not end there. We work on a unique basis of continuous renting, so that once your tenant will know when they are moving out, we will be happy to immediately start advertising your apartment again so as to maximise the time we have to look for your new tenant.
